Paragraph: WSSC Water recognizes the need to establish a debt policy that sets guidelines for issuing and managing debt, provide justification for the structure of the debt issuance and demonstrate a commitment to long-term financial planning. Our Debt Policy is part of the WSSC Code of Regulations.
