You'll also be able to check on service alerts, email us with a question or have  easy access to important WSSC Water information – anytime, anywhere!

From the app, you can:

Pay Your Bill - With your ten-digit WSSC Water account number and ZIP code, you can  pay your bill by credit card, debit card or e-check. The convenience fee for residential customers is $1.69. Non-residential customers (government, commercial, multi-family) convenience fee for credit card or check (ACH) payments is $2.35. Credit card payments are limited to $750, and there is maximum of four transactions per month per account.

Report a Problem - Quickly notify WSSC Water of water running down the street, a sewer overflow or a broken fire hydrant. The sooner we know about a problem, the sooner we can fix it!

Service Alerts - Check for service disruptions in your area, or at another address.

Contact Us - With the app, all of our contact information is at your fingertips.

News - Read our latest news releases.
